I am a qualified counsellor, based in Cheltenham. I work with Adults, Children and Young People.

 

I provide a safe, confidential space where I will listen without judgement. We will work together at your pace.

I offer an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of life's difficulties and the emotions that are being experienced. We will explore what is important to you, what you need to address and where you are needing help, understanding and support. Our work together moves towards making positive changes within yourself, your life and your relationships.

I have experience in a range of mental health difficulties often working with anxiety, depression, low self esteem and self belief, self harm and suicidal feelings.
